Park Village Manufactured Home Community is a family friendly community located in the heart of Layton City, UT. We are within walking distance to UTA Frontrunner & buses, banks, restaurants, schools and shopping. We are centrally located between the I-15 on-ramps / off-ramps. We are a Crime Free Community and work closely with the Layton City Police to be a safe community.
We have a clubhouse with a full kitchen, lounge space & cable tv. We also provide an exercise room, playground area with BBQ grills and a Splash Pad for the residents.
Our Story
Park Village was built in 1973 through a joint venture of Haven J. Barlow and Dale Smedley known as Dale Corporation. At the time there was a high demand for affordable housing. Our community was built in several sections as they became occupied; hence the lot numbering order. Each summer we hold a community social for the residence to better know their neighbors and provide dinner and games. Unlike many other communities; the founding company, Dale Corporation, is still the owner of Park Village and is very proud of the family friendly community it has become.

Take exit 330 and take a Left Turn onto Layton Parkway.
Then take an immediate right at the light on Main Street.
We are on the Left {WEST} side of Gentile Street.
Our office is at 355 North Main Street; the entrance into the park is at 301 North Main Street.
From I-15 going South
Take exit 331 and turn Right onto Hillfield Road.
Take your next Left onto Main Street.
We are on the Right {WEST}; just after Home Depot.
